Official Contest Rules & Details
Title: Dreamscape: Show Us Your Dreams 2018 Photo Submission Contest
Details: Submit a photo of a project you have completed using Dreamscapes wallcovering products to one or more of the following social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn, along with the hashtag, #ShowUsYourDreams18. After successfully sharing the photo with the hashtag to social media, please complete this short entry form.
First place in each category will win $500 and an acknowledgement on dreamscapewalls.com and all Dreamscape social media channels. Runners up will be acknowledged on all online outlets as well.
- Most Exotic Installation – the winning photos in this category will depict any non-standard application of Dreamscape products (I.E. used in a non-traditional way and/or on a non-traditional surface).
- Most Impressive Installation – the winning photos in this category will depict the use of Dreamscape products in a way that blows our minds.
- Best White Textures Application – the winning photos in this category will depict the most attractive or unique use of a Dreamscape ‘White Textures’ product (LINK)

Term
The October 2018 #ShowUsYourDreams18 Photo Submission Contest begins October 21, 2018 at 12:01A.M. US Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends in Q1 of 2019. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules listed in this document and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements noted herein.
Who may enter: Anyone who has the authority and/or right to share images of
the project(s) in which qualifying Dreamscape products have been used.
How to enter: Post your Dreamscape product picture on one or more of the following Social Media platforms, along with the hashtag, #ShowUsYourDreams18:

Note: by posting on one social media channel, you agree to allow us to re-share the photo on any or all of the other/unused channels.
Additional Eligibility Criteria
- Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries will be eligible.
- Photographs must have been taken within two (2) years before the date of entry and may not previously have won an award in a Dreamscape contest.
- Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable, as is minor cropping. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched panoramas are acceptable.
- By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted image does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
- The photograph must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
- Disguising or misrepresenting the origin of your content is cause for disqualification.
- Images with watermarks are unacceptable.
License
By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to Authorized Parties, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, for no additional compensation, including, but not limited to: display at a potential exhibition of winners; publication of a book featuring select entries in the Contest; publication in and industry magazine or online highlighting entries or winners of the Contest, the gallery or any page on dreamscapewalls.com or any affiliated websites; Entrants consent to Sponsor: doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant’s “moral rights” in their entries. Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party’s website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use as authorized by the License. Additionally, by entering, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Contest, and pictures or likenesses of Contest entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion, except where prohibited by law. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
In sum: by officially entering this contest via the use of the designated hashtag (#showusyourdream18), you agree to allow Dreamscape to use your photo in any way. The owner of the photo will be credited upon use.
Winners List
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules. Winners’ names will be announced in Q1 of 2019 and notified directly via the information provided at time of entry into the contest.
